Code Enforcement
The Weed City Council has adopted City Codes
that are designed to make our City a good place to live. Code Enforcement
is charged with helping to control community and neighborhood nuisances
such as illegal dumping, abandoned or inoperable vehicles, and zoning
violations.
The Community Service Officer works
to improve the quality of life in Weed's neighborhoods through
awareness, education and enforcement. Removal of illegally dumped
debris, or accumulated trash and junk is also a primary function.
The Community Service Officer will also abate abandoned or inoperable
vehicles on city streets and private property.
To report illegally dumped debris,
accumulated trash and junk, abandoned or inoperable vehicles on
city streets and private property and zoning violations, use the
online form or use the printable form below. Your request will
be routed to the appropriate department.

*The Weed Police
Department will now offer almost all of its forms in the easily
read and printed PDF format. These forms have a .pdf "extension."
When you see a document with a ".pdf" extension, that
means you need to use a free Adobe product -- Acrobat Reader
--- to view it.
When
Adobe Reader is installed, it automatically seeks out your browser
and installs itself as a plug-in. Once it is installed, the
Acrobat ReaderTM will appear automatically within
the browser screen when you click on a hyperlink to a file with
a .pdf extension. Then, you can view the PDF files onscreen
without having to download them, and you can print them from
the screen.
Click
on the Acrobat icon below, and follow the instructions to download
Acrobat onto your hard drive.
